1. Who is the controller
“apernevan software” is a project name, not a registered company. The controller of personal data is Andrei Pernevan, an individual who determines how contact messages and other personal data are processed. For questions about personal data, you can contact him at apernevan@outlook.com.
2. What data we process
2.1. When you write to us
If you contact us by email or through the form on this site, we receive the data you give us: name, company, email address and the content of your message. We use it solely to answer your request and for the conversation that follows.
2.2. The contact form
The form does not send data to a server belonging to this site. It opens your email application with the message prepared, and you decide whether to send it. Until then, the data stays in your browser.
2.3. Technical data
This site does not use Google Analytics, tracking pixels or marketing cookies. The fonts are hosted locally and are not loaded from third-party servers. The server hosting the site may record IP addresses and HTTP requests in logs, as part of the hosting provider's normal security practice.
3. Legal basis and retention
We process contact data on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering commercial and technical enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where applicable, on the basis of your consent. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to conclude the discussion and, afterwards, for as long as applicable legal obligations require.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent personal data. It may be accessed by the providers strictly necessary for communication (for example, the email service) or by authorities where the law requires it. Any processor we use is bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the data concerning you;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erasure (“the right to be forgotten”), within legal limits;
- restrict processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing;
- withdraw consent, without affecting prior processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).
To exercise your rights, write to apernevan@outlook.com. We respond within the legal deadline of 30 days.
6. Security
Access to correspondence is limited to the people involved in answering it. For software products installed at customers, the data stays on the customer's infrastructure, as set out in the implementation contract.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page, with the update date.
